5 Bulbs of Garlic -Washed and Cleaned
Large Carrort – Washed , Cleaned and Chopped.
2 Celery Stick – Wash and Chopped.
1/2″ Ginger – Clean and Diced.
1.5 Liters of water
1 whole bunch of Karrapincha (Curry Leaves -Foglie di curry) Available in Asian Supermarkets- Washed and separated from stems.
2 Tbs Sour Cream (Optional)
Boil Garlic, Carrot , Celery together in medium heat until boiled. Leave to cool . Blend the above mixture with Karapincha until well combined. Boil all together and add the sour cream, salt and pepper to garnish. Enjoy .
