Weight Loss Super Cleanser Smoothie

Ingredients
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup torn romaine leaves
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana, chopped (preferably frozen)
- 1 small pear, peeled and chopped
- ½ tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼-inch slice ginger root, peeled
- 1 cup coconut water
- Optional: ½ tsp. turmeric
- Optional: ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Optional: 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Directions
Blend everything together in a blender until very smooth. Enjoy!
